Chefs Academy

You don’t need to be a Jamie, a Nigella, a Gordon or a Delia to wow our guests with your imaginative menus and fantastically prepared and presented cuisine.

But you will need to have the ambition and inspiration to take up a place in the Academy taking you through your Level 2 in Professional Cookery, in a unique and challenging way. This course is for people aged 16 to 24 who are passionate about food and are dedicated to delivering stunning, innovative dishes to our guests. The sort they’ll talk about to their friends and try to recreate at home. Or bring their friends back to try, thanks to your meticulous recipe experimentation and stunning results.

It includes 5 interactive workshops, supplier and market visits as well as designing and preparing your own menus. The finale, after 14 months’ of dedicated and attentive work, is the Graduation ceremony where we’ll award Chef of the Year to the most creative, distinctive and knowledgeable student, whilst praising you all for your motivation, dedication and professional approach.
