Chefs Academy

You don’t need to be a Jamie, a Nigella, a Gordon or a Delia to wow our guests with your imaginative menus and fantastically prepared and presented cuisine. But you will need to have the ambition and inspiration to take up a place in one of our Chefs Academies. These courses are for people who are passionate about food and are dedicated to delivering stunning, innovative dishes to our guests.The sort they’ll talk about to their friends and try to recreate at home. Or bring their friends back to try, thanks to your meticulous recipe experimentation and stunning results.

Foundation Chefs Academy

This is for you if you're just starting out in your career.The Foundation Chef's Academy will take you through your Level 2 in Professional Cookery. It also includes interactive workshops, supplier and market visits as well as designing and preparing your own menus.

Intermediate Chefs Academy

You'll already be working as an experienced commis or perhaps Demi Chef de Partie to join this programme. The Intermediate Academyincludes interactive workshops, also supplier, market and specialist demonstrations. You'll also achieve Level 3 in professional cookery. At the end of the programme you should be looking to secure your first Chef de Partie position.

Both of our programmesare supported by four of our own Executive Chefs, who act as tutors and mentors thoughout the programmes, and are dedicated to sharing their own experiences and developing your skills as a chef. At the end of each programme you'll take part in the Finale Competion and Graduation Ceremony.

Who can apply for our Chefs Academies?
