We’re truly passionate about sharing ideas, getting everyone involved and continually coming up with new and different ways of doing things. To do this we hold regular workshops to bring specific teams together from Front Office to Leisure and from Food & Beverage to Housekeeping.

Our recent initiatives include setting up a Food and Beverage Steering Group - including Menu Development, Training and DotPos – plus looking closer at Corporate Social Responsibility, Hospitality Diploma Champions and introducing Understanding Payroll Workshops.
