We’re truly passionate about sharing ideas, getting everyone involved and continually coming up with new and different ways of doing things. To do this we hold regular workshops to bring specific teams together from Front Office to Leisure and from Food & Beverage to Housekeeping.

We also have departmental One of a Kind working parties looking at how we can drive the culture of the company through each area of the hotel using the ideas of the people on the floor.

Our recent initiatives include setting up a Food and Beverage Steering Group - including Menu Development, Training and DotPos – plus looking closer at Corporate Social Responsibility, Hospitality Diploma Champions and running Understanding Payroll Workshops.

We also have workshops for every department in the calendar ready for 2011.Making sure that departments that have close working relationships have the opportunity to meet to discuss and agree actions to improve what they do and eliminate any interdepartmental frustrations there might be!
