Management Development

So what’s QED? Well, in Latin it stands for Quod Erat Demonstrandum, which means ‘which has to be proved’. But here at QHotels we’ve given it a distinctive twist and call it QEDucation.
It’s inspired. It’s creative. It’s motivational. And it’s a refreshingly different way to learn how to be a very different kind of hotel manager. Like the kind of manager who ensures a guest who’s had a bad journey to get here gets the very best arrival. That the bride who needs everything to go without a hitch can forget everything but her vows. That the business which needs to impress overseas visitors to their conference doesn’t need to think beyond getting the presentation right...
When you’re a QHotels manager every day is going to present a different challenge, opportunity and reward. That’s why we’ve developed a range of inspiring courses to ensure that you make the most of your potential – whether you join at management level already or have the passion and motivation to develop your skills and take your career forward into a hotel management role.
