To start, you’ll sit down with your manager to put together your very own Personal Development Plan. It could begin with some one-to-one or group coaching and could also mean working towards some qualifications, if that’s what you want – and we’ll be behind you all the way and we might even provide sponsorship for you. That’s because we want all of our people to be knowledgeable about what they do, forward-thinking about what they want to do and to be professional in their role with QHotels.

And that’s why we’re dedicated to providing expert, inspired and creative training programmes which will give you new or improved skills but also introduce you to our wider team of group specialists. Some of our in-house courses include:

  • Management Development stages 1,2 and 3
  • Finance for Non Financial Managers
  • Specialist training - for example Pool Plant, Pool Attendant, Food Hygiene, Personal License Holders, Wine Champions, Cocktail Training, Menu Development

And for those of you just starting out in the world of work, we’re also supporting the new Hospitality Diploma for those who want to deliver a decidedly different experience to our guests.
