It could begin with some one-to-one or group coaching and could also mean working towards some qualifications, if that’s what you want – and we’ll be behind you all the way.We might even provide sponsorship for you towards an external qualification.That’s because we want all of our people to be knowledgeable and forward-thinking about what they want to do and to be professional in their role with QHotels.
