Fun loving, energetic and individual - that’s us in Food and Beverage at Qhotels, and those words describe the one of a kind service we like to deliver as well.

Our hotels offer a fantastic range of places to eat and drink, from our Costa Coffee lounges to our relaxed brasseries to our AA rosette award-winning restaurants. Then there are our hotels which offer that extra special setting for a wedding or the expertise and facilities to host business meetings and conferences. And many of our distinctively different sites offer creative golf courses, leisure and spa facilities too. So we’ve plenty to keep us busy here in the F&B department.

We like individuality, and not just in our people. Our menus are created at each hotel by our Chefs’ inspiration and imagination, and beautifully prepared and presented food is served by knowledgeable and confident staff. We make sure that our service delivery makes each of our guests feel special - so no lengthy standards checklists for us! Just people with outgoing personalities who can’t do enough for our guests.

Whilst we certainly want to hear from you if you’re an experienced chef, restaurant or bar professional, we’d love to hear from you as well if you’ve just left school or college or you are motivated to build a career in our no-two-days-the-same industry.

Getting everyone involved, and giving everyone the opportunity to progress is important to us, so we’ve always got lots going on and this will include the opportunity to study for NVQs, Management Development training, specialist workshops like cocktail training and menu development and not forgetting our Chefs’ Academy and our Specialist QED Future of Food and Beverage course.
