We beat 35 other hotel brands from across the UK including Radisson-Blu Edwardian and Marriott
Over 8,000 of their member took part in the survey
We had the highest customer score of 78% based on a survey of experiences.
We achieved a maximum of five star rating for cleanliness and the quality of room fixtures and fittings, beating the likes of Mariott Hotels to the title.
