I enjoy the variety of working in different departments and the roles I play within them. What do you think makes Q Hotels different to other employers that you have worked for in the past? Q are the first major company I have worked for since leaving university but it is great to be part of such a well respected and successful company. What do you think about the training and development you receive? I have received a lot of training within the company from simple service skills to completing the practical training certificate which means I can now help to train others. In terms of development the management and HR team are committed to training the management of the future so I know I am in good hands. How would you describe the culture at Q Hotels? The culture at Q and especially the hotel where I work is one of teamwork. We work together as a hotel not just single departments, therefore supporting and nurturing each other. What would you tell potential new team members who are thinking of joining the group? I would say Go for it! You will be joining a great team of people.
