Commis Chef - Crewe Hall
We now have an exiting opportunity to join our kitchen brigade in this historic Jacobean Mansion in South Cheshire.The successful applicant will support the Kitchen Brigade with the provision of a high quality product in our AA Rosetted Brasserie Restaurant.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
We are seeking a Commis Chef with a minimum of 1years commercial kitchen experience and the passion and drive to work with a challenging and creative brigade in a busy Food and Beverage Hotel. You must be a team player with a real desire to provide high standards and develop your skills alongside our expereinced team of chefs to ensure that our guests are delighted with their food experience at Crewe Hall.
You will be based primarily within theBrasserie Kitchen at the Hotelworking alongsidea highly skilled and passionate team of Chefs providing high quality food for both resident and non-resident guests in our main Hotel restaurant.
DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Previous experience in a similar establishment is beneficial.Flair, and drive and a genuine passion to achieve the highest standards of food quality and presentation are essential.
Where no formal qualifications have yet been achieved you would be expected to embark on a kitchen apprenticeship programme to gain these.
