Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bringing previous 4* hotel experience at CDP level and food Preparation qualifications, you'll be working as part of our developing team under the guidance of our new Head Chef. As part of a small brigade, this is a hands-on role which may include running quiet shifts singlehandedly, train junior chefs, handling stock, ordering and cut down on wastage. Naturally, the ability to cook with flair and imagination is paramount for this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the correct preparation, cooking and presentation of food in their section is to the highest standards. To ensure that efficient and smooth service is always maintained through forward planning. To assist with the training of kitchen apprentices and trainees. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, both personal and in the working area.

The hotel is set in 220 acres of countryside on the borders of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.
