Job Description

DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND ATTRIBUTES

Applicants must hold experience within a similar role and have a good understanding of the principles of Spa Management.

In addition candidates will be required to demonstrate:

*The ability to motivate and develop a team to support achievement of our business goals.

* Supervisory experience or be able to demonstrate ability to develop from an experienced therapist

* Training and development experience, an eye for detail

* Posses excellent customer service skills

* Knowledge of cost control and revenue generation techniques

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels both with guests and colleagues/management team

* High personal standards of presentation and treatment delivery.

* High energy and the ability to work well under pressure

HOTEL PROFILE
