Job Description

Based at Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort in Lincolnshire, the successful applicants will enroll onto our exciting, inspirational, One of a Kind, Chef Development Programme for twelve months culinary training. After six weeks initial training you will be seconded to other hotels within our Group.

If you are determined and enthusiastic, with a talent for inspirational cookery, a natural flair for culinary art and a genuine interest in gaining a career as a Chef then our CDP is for you

Ideally you will be aged 18, willing to travel and relocate to any of our 21 4* deluxe properties throughout the UK. You will develop your commercial kitchen management and culinary skills within a wide range of outlets which includes Michelin Star, Brasserie, specialist and grill restaurants and also catering for high volume, high profile events

You will have previous kitchen experience or NVQ1 in food preparation, with a passion for excellence and a strong desire to achieve Chef de Partie status at the end of the twelve month programme
