Norton Park Hotel is currently looking to recruit a Director of Sales to compliment the Regional Sales Team.
As a Director of Sales we are looking for somone that is dynamic and looking for a challenge? Do you have experience in a tough hotel conference sales environment and and be able to prove an outstanding sales track record?
Can you think outside the box, inspire, lead, and deliver quality and excellence?
Norton Park was the1st Conference Hotel to achieve Silver MIA AIM Award.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Norton Park Hotel is an ultra-modern hotel that has benefited from a £14 million investment, every penny of which was well and truly worth it, we are sure you will agree. From the light-flooded reception area, giving you immediate reassurance that you are in a hotel to remember, through to the bright tones and clean lines of our inviting Scene Restaurant & Bar then onwards to your immaculate room, one of 185 equipped with a supremely comfortable Sealy bed and of course, that all important flat-screen TV.
13 of our 185 bedrooms are found in the Manor House, separate from the main hotel with its very own orangery and walled-garden. The bedrooms within the Manor House have been sympathetically restored, brimming full with elegant furnishings and a real sense of grandeur. That's not all, the Manor House can be exclusively yours to make a special celebration something truly memorable.
For Conferences, Special Events and Meetings, Norton Park has versatility as its middle name. With 16 Conference and Events rooms capable of staging large scale product launches and annual meetings to small scale training sessions and private dining events, there is definitely a room and a setting here that will make you and your delegates more than satisfied. Our conference and events suites are located in our Main Hotel, our Manor House, and our 17th Century Tythe Barn.
Norton Park and the 54 acres it resides in, is located only minutes from the A34 with easy access from the M3, M4 and M27. Easy to reach it may be, easy to leave it most definitely is not.
