Job Description
YOUR BRIEF:
To work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that service in our Restaurant is to a consistent high standard at all times.
AS AN ASSISTANT REATAURANT MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Supervising operational shifts in the restaurant
- Providing a high standard of customer service with a personal touch, to exceed our guests expectations.
- Helping to achieve maximum profitability and customer satisfaction at all times
- Working with the restaurant manager putting together your department rotas.
- Sharing your skills and knowledge to train your team members.
TO BE A ONE OF A KIND ASSISTANT MANAGER:
- Teach your team members everything you know – inflict knowledge
- Say hello to any guests or colleagues you meet as you walk around the hotel - SMILE
- Encourage the conservation of energy and recycling at every opportunity
- Come up with innovative ways of ensuring customer service is maximized in the hotel F&B areas.
YOUR TALENTS:
- You have a passion for customer service
- You must have worked at supervisory level in a similar sized establishment
-You have a proven track record of service delivery
-You’ll be confidently able to talk to anyone and everyone
-You will be flexible and adaptable

OUR PLACE:
The Oxford Belfry is set in 15 acres of countryside with 154 elegant and spacious bedrooms and is situated in a superb location for conferences, hosting 17 conference rooms, with the largest having the capacity to hold up to 350 people. In addition excellent facilities are available in its Reflections Leisure Club and Spa, including indoor pool, tennis courts, newly added state-of-the-art technogym, sauna and seven luxurious Spa treatment suites.
