Job Description
The Stratford Hotel, situated in the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon and predominantly a leisure destination hotel, is seeking an Operations Manager with a proven track record of achieving high standards and results.
You will work closely with the General Manager and will take the reins when they're not around and you'll be responsible for the daily operation of the hotel with a specific focus on food and beverage. Ultimately, your aim will be to grow and develop the operational areas of our business to ensure we achieve our profit targets. Because we don't believe in strict corporate guidelines, you'll have a degree of freedom to make your own decisions and think up new and creative ways to get results.
The role is very much focused on leading from the front, and managing and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards of service and hospitality - but because you're already experienced in senior management in the deluxe four star environment, that will come naturally to you.
