Job Description

We are looking for customer focussed individuals to work within this bright and motivated team answering calls from customers to book bedrooms and hotel facilities.

You will need strong communication skills, a positive attitude, some previous sales experience would be an advantage and the desire to want to provide exceptional One of a Kind customer service.

Shift patterns are:

Monday 9am to 5pm.

Tuesday 9am to 1pm

Friday 9am to 12 and 2pm to 5pm as well as flexibility to work weekends when required.

You must be computer literate, be willing to work flexible hours and come into work at short notice plus have a desire to not just meet but exceed set sales targets.
