Job Description

We are seeking a Commis Chef with a minimum of 1years commercial kitchen experience and the passion and drive to work with a challenging and creative brigade in a busy Food and Beverage Hotel. You must be a team player with a real desire to provide high standards and develop your skills alongside our experienced team of chefs to ensure that our guests are delighted with their food experience at The Cambridge Belfry.

Previous experience in a similar establishment is beneficial. Flair, and drive and a genuine passion to achieve the highest standards of food quality and presentation are essential.

Opened in June 2004, The Cambridge Belfry is an elegant modern hotel with excellent facilities, located just 8 miles from Cambridge and the M11, next to Cambourne Village. The hotel is a superb location for conference needs, with a range of 8 conference and banqueting rooms catering for up to 275 people. The three largest rooms are also ideally suited for weddings and dinner dances.

The Reflections Spa and Leisure Club invites guests to swim in the indoor pool, enjoy body treatments and massage, or undertake more strenuous exercise in the gym
