REPORTING TO – Deputy General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of our busy Restaurant, 2 Bars and Lounge areas. Maintaining 4 star service standards at all times.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager who will be responsible for the daily running of the restaurant and bars. Additional responsibilities will include the training and management of staff, assisting in product development ensuring that the appropriate standards are maintained at all times and a first class service is delivered to guests. A proactive sales approach is required to meet budgeted revenue targets.

Good communication and management skills are essential to enable you to motivate staff and create a working environment that supports high standards and encourages delivery of outstanding customer service. A passion for training and the hospitality service industry is a required attribute for the successful candidate. Previous experience in a similar role is required and Hotel experience would be desirable. A Personal Licence would also be an advantage.
HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Ashford International Hotel is a modern conference & spa hotel with 179 contemporary and spacious bedrooms and is situated in a superb location for conferences, hosting 18 conference rooms, with the largest having the capacity to hold up to 350 people.
